Big Lou’s Banana Bread

Making the banana bread - Preheat oven to 350

  1. Mash bananas, add sugar; beat well.

  2. Add oil; mix well.

  3. Add eggs; mix well.

  4. In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients and then add to wet ingredients; gently mix until just combined.

  5. Stir in nuts (if using) or sprinkle on top.

  6. Place into greased loaf pan or 9" tube pan.

  7. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes, until tooth pick comes out clean.
