  1. Preheat oven to 325.

  2. Butter a 9" cake pan and dust with sugar OR flour/sugar mix. Or can use a cast iron skillet, about 10".

  3. Mix/whisk dry ingredients together in large bowl.

  4. Add raisins to dry ingredients.

  5. Mix wet ingredients together in separate bowl.

  6. Slowly add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, gently stirring just to barely combine.

  7. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
