    1. Mix dry ingredients together.
    2. Separate eggs.
    3. Then, add to dry ingredients: 
      •  butter (cut in slices) 
      • separated yolks 
      • milk
    4. Mix well.
    5. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter.
    6. Cook on hot griddle.
    7. Add blueberries while cooking.

    TIP!  Make a double batch and eat all week!
