Ingredients

Servings

CAKE LAYER

1 cup sugar
¹⁄₂ cup butter
4 egg (beaten)
1 cup flour
¹⁄₂ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
16 oz Hershey chocolate syrup

MINT LAYER

2 cup confectioners sugar
3 tbsp creme de menthe
¹⁄₂ cup butter

GLAZE LAYER

6 oz chocolate bits
6 tbsp butter

Instructions

Mix together CAKE layer ingredients
Bake in 9 x 13 prepared pan for 30 minutes.
Cool in pan.
Cream together MINT layer ingredients in mixer.
Spread evenly on cooled cake.
Melt together GLAZE ingredients, stirring well.
Spread over mint layer.
Chill until firm.
