Ultra crispy - only 3 ingredients

Homemade Chicken Nuggets – version 2 (super easy!)

Prep Time 20 mins Cook Time 20 mins Total Time 40 mins



  1. Crumble the chips (blitz in food processor or smash with rolling pin in their original bag with couple holes poked into bag)

  2. Assemble the nuggets:  Make an assembly line with the bite-sized chicken, egg, crumbled chips and parchment-covered or foil-lined baking sheet.  

    • TIP!  place nuggets on wire rack on baking sheets so you don't need to flip to make crispy on both sides.

    Then coat a piece of chicken in the egg, roll in the chips, transfer to the baking sheet…and repeat!

  3. Bake - about 20 minutes at 400 degree oven (until nuggets reach about 165 degrees)

    • TIP!  Flip nuggets 1/2 way through cooking to crisp both sides (or use wire rack on top of baking sheet)
