Aunt Claire’s Brownies
Ingredients
Instructions
Melt chocolate and butter together, either in double boiler or carefully in microwave.
Stir in sugar
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each egg.
Add vanilla
Sift together flour, salt and baking powder.
Stir into chocolate mixture.
Bake in prepared 9 x 13 inch pan at 325 for 45 minutes or less; or at 350 for 35 minutes more or less - until toothpick comes out clean. Do not overbake.
