Steph’s Ginger and Pear Soup

  1. Sauté:

    • onion
    • fresh ginger
    • in coconut oil

    Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Add:

    • 4 cups of bone broth
    • chopped sweet potatoes
    • pears

    Simmer for 25 minutes or until soft.

  3. Blend all ingredients and serve.
