Slim Jim’s Chicken Pot Pie

    1. Boil chicken with 2-3 bouillons and water.
    2. Cool and cut into pieces.
    3. Reserve water (or use chicken broth).
    4. Peel, cube, and cook potatoes for 10 minutes.
    5. In large saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
    6. Blend in flour, onion, salt and pepper.
    7. Stir constantly until smooth and bubbly.
    8. Stir in broth, milk and heat to boiling.
    9. Sir at boiling for 1 minute.
    10. Add potatoes, chicken, veggies.
    11. Pour into pie plate (no crust on bottom).
    12. Place crust on top.
    13. Slit openings in crust.
    14. Brush with milk and bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
