Marie’s Meatloaf

    1. Preheat oven to 350.
    2. In a large bowl, gently combine the beef, egg, onion, water, spices and bread crumbs.
    3. Season with salt and pepper to taste and place in a 5x9 inch loaf pan OR form into a freeform loaf and place in a 9x13 inch baking pan first covered in foil (easier to wash!).
    4. Bake at 350 for approximately 1 hour.
