This is Laura's favorite cake for her birthday. It's a perfect summer dessert.

Evelyn’s Banana Pineapple Cake

    • Mix melted butter (or margarine) with the graham cracker crumbs and press into the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
    • In a mixer - beat confectioner sugar, stick of softened butter (or margarine) and 2 tablespoons of milk.
    • Add more milk (one tablespoon at a time) until it is a creamy mixture (but not runny).
    • Spread mixture over graham crumbs.  The crumbs may come up a little bit into the mixture. Don't worry this will get covered.
    • Sprinkle the pineapple over the creamy mixture. T
    • hen slice the bananas and place a single layer over the pineapple.
    • Then cover the entire cake in cool whip.
    • Refrigerate.
    • Enjoy!
